Certified Reference Materials

MPPL is a leading name among companies that are Certified Reference Material manufacturers and suppliers. Since launching our line of Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) with accreditation in 2016, we have expanded not just into a wide range of metals and alloys but also different materials for ores as well as ferroalloys. Our offerings now include CRMs, RMs, and SUS across a variety of metals, including solid blocks, chips, powders of ores, ferro alloys and mechanical Certified Reference Materials.

MPPL’s Certified Reference Materials ensure complete traceability and are produced using the most stringent processes to maintain the highest levels of homogeneity. MPPL’s Certified Reference Materials are trusted by customers worldwide across various sectors.

Why choose Certified Reference Materials?

Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) are the most reliable way to assess an instrument’s performance, both in accuracy and precision. CRMs are particularly essential for all forms of spectrometers, be they OES, XRF, or others. Being certified and traceable, CRMs help ensure accurate performance assessment of instruments and are invaluable for industrial-grade analysis and material certificates.

Moreover, CRMs in powder and chip form are invaluable tools for wet chemistry analysis, ensuring accuracy, precision, and compliance in analytical measurements. Their use in calibration, validation, and quality control processes helps maintain high standards of analytical performance and reliability.

Using Certified Reference Material for Spectrometers helps users assess the quality of their spectrometers’ analyses and make informed business decisions utilizing accurate analysis data. Spectrometer users should ideally have CRM samples covering the entire range of grades they manufacture and test to ensure comprehensive quality assurance.

CRMs are the only truly reliable way to assess an instrument’s performance, both on accuracy as well as precision.

Accreditation and Quality

MPPL is accredited in accordance with ISO 17034 by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) vide accreditation certificate no. 7062.01 for producing Certified Reference Materials. Each CRM is accompanied by a certificate detailing Certified Elemental Values, Standard Deviations, and Uncertainty, along with ILAP details.
